It’s almost the first day of spring and the sun has been coming out and warming us all up, a little bit. There’s still a lot of snow but the air has changed. I noticed it yesterday or maybe the day before. You know the feeling, the temperatures are still brisk and the morning light is just barely creeping back in to greet us but that air - it has a green scent to it. It’s a subtle but sharp smell that you notice and immediately sigh. Spring is coming. Spring will come again. We made it. We are waking up. It’s the season of rebirth, new beginnings. I went for a walk on the Wenatchee River and was captivated by the magical light reflecting off of the ripples.

Meditation: I am grateful for the light. I am grateful for the returning light.
